Public Call Open for Business Service Providers under the BOOST2 Project

26. November 2025.

INTERA Technology Park has officially launched a Public Call for business service providers within the BOOST2 – Supporting Dual Transformation of MSMEs through Innovation Voucher Scheme project. This initiative is a continuation of the successfully implemented BOOST programme from 2023/2024, which was previously financed and continues to be co-financed in its current phase by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ).

Through its Innovation Voucher Scheme (IVS), the BOOST2 project enables the strengthening of innovation capacities, digital transformation, and green business practices of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first phase focuses on applications from business service providers, based on which a service catalogue will be created. In the next phase – through a separate Public Call for MSMEs – this catalogue will serve as a database from which companies can select providers to jointly implement projects that will significantly improve their operations and enhance competitiveness.

Who can apply?

Eligible applicants include higher education institutions such as universities and faculties, digital innovation hubs (DIHs), research institutes, development agencies, and non-governmental organisations active in the field of the green economy. All applicants must be registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina for at least three years and have proven experience in delivering the expert services they intend to offer through the Innovation Voucher Scheme.

Why apply?

Participation in the Innovation Voucher Scheme offers business service providers the opportunity to join one of the largest innovation programmes in BiH, establish partnerships with MSMEs across the country, and further develop and expand their own professional capacities. At the same time, it enables them to directly contribute to innovation, digitalisation, and the green transformation of the economy.

The project aims to support at least 100 companies, creating substantial potential for long-term collaboration and strengthening the market position of all participating organisations. An online info session for service providers will be held on 27 November 2025 at 13:00, where participants will receive key information, clarifications, and guidelines for preparing high-quality applications.

How to apply?

Applications are submitted exclusively through the online system, and all interested service providers are encouraged to apply as early as possible in order to be included in the first selection round and integrated into the service provider catalogue. More information is available on the official website of INTERA Technology Park and the SEDEP/EU4PSD project.

If you offer professional services in the areas of innovation, digital transformation, green economy, technological development, or intellectual property, BOOST2 is an opportunity to turn your expertise into a real contribution to the growth of the business sector in BiH. The programme not only encourages innovation but also builds long-term partnerships that connect experts and enterprises to jointly create the foundations for sustainable and competitive economic growth.

The BOOST2 project is supported through the Private Sector Development Initiative in BiH, co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany, and implemented by GIZ. The Initiative, part of the broader “Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion (SEDEP) in BiH” programme, aims to support economic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a strong focus on sustainable and digital business transformation.
