Germany continues to offer strong growth potential for Western Balkan service providers. However, entering and scaling in this market requires more than technical excellence—it demands a clear understanding of German procurement processes, decision-making logic, and risk assessment standards.
To address this, Beyond Borders is launching a specialized training programme designed to prepare companies for successful engagement with German clients.
This hands-on training goes beyond traditional capacity building. It is structured as an executive-level clinic, helping leadership teams align with how German buyers evaluate partners, structure tenders, and make procurement decisions.
The initiative is implemented by Agentur für Wirtschaft und Entwicklung and delivered by Reinvantage, and is offered free of charge to selected companies.
