The development of digital technologies is increasingly transforming the way we learn, work, and create new business models. In this context, initiatives are emerging that combine traditional knowledge with modern digital tools, creating more accessible and flexible learning models. One such example is the platform TRADIGITAL, led by entrepreneur Tijana Dabi\u0107, with the goal of modernizing the approach to learning English and making it more accessible to a wider community of users.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea for developing the platform originated from many years of experience in education and direct work with participants of English language courses. Through this work, it became clear that many learners possess a certain level of language knowledge, but often lack confidence in communication or need a more flexible learning approach that can fit into their daily routines. This need became the starting point for developing a concept that combines traditional pedagogy with digital flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRADIGITAL was developed as an online platform that enables users to learn English through structured digital lessons, practical exercises, and additional educational materials. This model allows learners to study at their own pace and at a time that best suits them, while benefiting from a clearly defined program and continuous pedagogical support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support for the development of her business was provided through Tijana\u2019s participation in the IMPAKT Business Idea Incubator, where, through mentoring and strategic guidance, she further developed the platform\u2019s business model and improved her readiness to present the idea publicly. As she highlights, this support went far beyond standard consulting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIMPAKT\u2019s support was a dedicated one-on-one commitment to each entrepreneur, with genuine belief in people and expertise that inspires. All team members I worked with showed true dedication to providing adequate support and understanding the challenges we face,\u201d says Tijana Dabi\u0107.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

She also presented her business idea at the event \u201cWelcome to the Future 2.0,\u201d which brings together young entrepreneurs, startups, and innovative businesses with the aim of exchanging ideas and showcasing new business solutions. The event was organized with the support of the Private Sector Development Initiative, co-financed by the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. The initiative is also part of the broader GIZ program \u201cSustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion,\u201d aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and promoting innovative business ideas, particularly those developed by young people and women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, TRADIGITAL is recognized as a digital platform that connects traditional pedagogy with modern technology in the language learning process. The platform has built a growing community of users, with more than 6,300 followers on social media, over 500 participants who have completed or are currently attending courses, and a newsletter community of around 2,000 users interested in developing their language skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform\u2019s development is accompanied by continuous improvement of digital content and educational programs, along with plans to further expand its offerings. Examples like this demonstrate how women\u2019s entrepreneurship, supported by development initiatives and digital solutions, can open new opportunities for business growth and access to education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This success story was developed within the Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion Programme (SEDEP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, jointly financed by the European Union, the Government of Switzerland and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
