Bosnia and Herzegovina’s EU candidate status opens important opportunities for participation in Horizon Europe — the EU’s largest research and innovation programme. Through the EU4Digital Transformation initiative, implemented by GIZ within the SEDEP Programme in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and co-funded by the EU and BMZ a series of information sessions is being organised to help stakeholders better understand funding opportunities, identify relevant calls, and prepare for future participation in Horizon Europe projects.
This session will focus on Horizon Europe opportunities related to sustainable food systems, bioeconomy, agriculture, and health innovation.
Who should participate?
Research institutions, companies, public institutions, healthcare stakeholders, and organisations working in food production, life sciences, and health-related sectors.
Why is it relevant?
Participants will gain practical information on upcoming Horizon Europe funding opportunities in the respective thematic area and receive insights into best practices and common success factors for competitive proposals.
The session will also highlight support provided by GIZ for developing and preparing promising proposals for submission following the info session.
